Ask HN: Creating a deep dive on the 50 most influential papers for AI
I am feeling overwhelmed by the rate at which things happen in the AI space and that I have a lot of surface-level knowledge of scattered concepts in the space. Although I studied computer engineering, when discussing with Ph.D. in the AI space or cracked indie developers, the gaps in my knowledge become clear.
For that reason, I have decided to do a deep dive on the 50 most influential papers of the last 6 years in the AI space. I am going to try to understand the maths, implement the concepts of the papers and record a video series on YouTube where I explain each paper/ concept. Once this is done, I will have developed a deeper expertise and will post my favourite paper of the week.
I would really appreciate suggestions/lists to create the list of Top 50 papers!
(P.S. This is my first HN post)
